National Aerospace Solutions (NAS), LLC is the team selected by the U.S. Air Force (USAF) to conduct Test and Operations Sustainment activities at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold Air Force Base, in Tullahoma, Tennessee. NAS currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Prime Contracts Administrator to join our team at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee.
Provides contract scope guidance based on terms and conditions, performance work statement, contract data requirements list, and other documents incorporated in the contract.
Manage Affiliate Agreements with parent companies.
Perform and assist with various tasks as needed to support contract compliance or performance in conjunction with other departments.
Process prime contract modifications; issue authority to proceed (ATP) notifications to the project team.
Perform research in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), applicable supplements, and regulatory guidance.
Track contract deliverables.
Support project programs such as risk and program management.
Manage formal correspondence between NAS and the Air Force.
Support the use of common work processes and procedures within assigned function across the TOS contract.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Review proprietary information and non-disclosure agreements for compliance with contract and business requirements.
Support the corporate Export Compliance Program, including license preparation, regulation research, and work coordination in accordance with approved licenses.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Law, or related field with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of progressive and relevant experience, at least four- of which are Government acquisitions, contracts administration, contract law, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Contract Regulations
Experience and courses in contract law, administration and negotiation of change orders, and effective correspondence.
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations
Understanding of the flow-down of applicable clauses and requirements.
Skilled in oral and written Communications.
