Job Title:  Sr. Program Controls Planner

Job Duties:
  • Shared responsibility for gathering test and outage schedule information and ensuring it is accurately reflected in the Integrated Master Schedule.This includes identification of asset, utility and labor requirements as well as planned dates and durations.
  • Perform in-depth schedule analysis that requires substantial knowledge of the AEDC infrastructure and it’s interdependencies to identify and clearly communicate potential areas of asset and/or resource conflict to NAS and Air Force leadership.
  • Communication and coordination of schedule changes to take advantage of opportunities and mitigate conflicts.
  • Maintain integration between P6 and OWAM.
  • Support daily, weekly and monthly schedule reporting requirements.
  • Input and maintain non-labor resources requirement forecasts (utilities such air, water and power) in P6.Prepare resource/asset conflict reporting.
  • Assist with development and update of procedures for schedule maintenance and reporting.
  • Assist with test and outage specific resource curves and resource planning.
  • Coordination of test and outage activities that may impact other contractors.
  • Support and attend meetings where test and outage schedules are discussed.
  • Assist with out-year test and outage planning.
  • It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS plus 8 years related experience or 12 years related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of AEDC CMMS.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining integrated enterprise schedules.
  • Demonstrated communication skills in identifying and coordinating the resolution of schedule deviations and conflicts.
  • Knowledge of overall AEDC facilities, processes, and people.
  • Knowledge of interdependencies between AEDC assets and resources.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Direct experience in supporting the TIG and SFT.
  • Expert in use of AEDC CMMS
