Job Duties:
  • Responsible for developing, maintain, statusing and analyzing the Integrated Master Schedule within Oracle P6.This includes managing at the resource level as well as planned dates and durations.
  • Perform in-depth schedule analysis of Capital Projects and their interdependencies to identify and clearly communicate potential areas of asset and/or resource conflict to NAS and Air Force leadership.
  • Communication and coordination of schedule changes to take advantage of opportunities and mitigate conflicts.
  • Maintain integration between P6 and OWAM.
  • Support daily, weekly and monthly schedule reporting requirements.
  • Assist with development and update of procedures for schedule maintenance and reporting.
  • Assist with resource curves and resource planning.
  • Coordination of test and outage activities that may impact other contractors.
  • Support and attend meetings where test and outage schedules are discussed.
  • Assist with out-year test and outage planning.
  • It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS plus 8 years related experience or 12 years related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining integrated enterprise schedules.
  • Demonstrated communication skills in identifying and coordinating the resolution of schedule deviations and conflicts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experienced user of Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Thorough knowledge of baseline development, schedule performance management, control and analysis; performing monitoring and change management.
  • Experience and demonstrated skill in establishing criteria for Project Controls activities.
  • Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory, and personnel administrative functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and direct.
  • With minimal supervision using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical schedule management skills and practices.
